Medical Devices Engineering

Program Overview:

The development of medicine requires the use of advanced diagnostic and treatment devices, due to its efficiency and accuracy of the required work, which requires the development and innovation of electronic devices to support the medical staff by clarifying the process of the various biological devices in the human body accurately and quickly
The Medical Devices Engineering is aimed at students who have undergraduate degrees in various branches of engineering and wish to apply their background knowledge and skills to the development of medical devices. The programme is interdisciplinary bringing in and developing both engineering knowledge and the biomedical applications of this knowledge. The programme will equip graduates for immediate employment within the biomedical engineering sector.
Education path period is 2,5 years, the student obtains an engineering certificate for medical devices, as well as a license to practice the profession from the Ministry of Labor as a medical technician.
